Plans, schedules, and monitors the movement of materials through the workflow process to meet build schedules in accordance with budgets. Analyzes and anticipates project material requirements to ensure required materials are properly forecasted and driven. Manages the MRP system to ensure production cycle goals are met, including providing shortage reports, navigating deviations, and suggesting alternative build plans in alignment with changing business and supply factors. Communicates on-time delivery, delays, and/or changing priorities to all stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of related work experience.
Associate's degree and 6+ years of related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of related work experience.
Responsibilities
Responsible for driving commitments and execution of build plans at Bump, Probe, Assy, FT subcontractors and module contract manufacturers.
Be a focal point of subcon production, work with various internal planning teams, B2B team, Business process, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, Operation and NPI team on achieving on time delivery and commit to request per build plans.
Monitor wafer-out schedule and WIP movements through fab, bump, probe, WLP, Assy, and FT. Able to identify issues that are impacting on time delivery and cooperate with external and internal teams for solution and escalate as necessary.
Review the on-going key planning parameters associated with on time delivery, lead times, Yields, Test Time, Utilization, OEE and Capacity requirements.
Daily tactical production review on throughput and resource allocations.
Initiate monthly KPI target and weekly operation review with suppliers, responsible for QBR performance rating in planning aspect.
Responsible for inventory accuracy by monitoring aging wip and reconciliation of FGI and diebank.
Assist in NPI production as required by NPI ops team. Monitor Subcons and CMs performance.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of Production Planning experiences in a semiconductor company and/or assembly and testing company
Fundamental understanding of manufacturing process and business
Fluent English ability on speaking, reading, and writing.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must have strong analytical skill, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Interpersonal and effective communication skill
Familiarity with local and offshore suppliers
Advanced systems skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio
Capability for Macro, VBA, SQL, Database, Tableau and Power BI will be plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing process improvements
Experience driving cross-functional teams
Module and chipset manufacturing flow
Oracle MRP/ERP Knowledge
APICS CPIM certification
Education Requirements
Required: Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
