WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day production of product photography, live streaming, and other creative projects, ensuring all deliverables meet Nike’s brand standards, and with efficiency and scale.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Post Production, and Operations teams to align on timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, including photographers, stylists, and production agencies, ensuring effective communication and execution.
  • Develop detailed production schedules and manage workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Ensure all production equipment, sets, and studio facilities are optimized for efficiency and safety.
  • Proactively identify and resolve production challenges, minimizing delays and optimizing resources.
  • Maintain meticulous records of production activities, including budgets, schedules, and post-project analyses.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the production industry, integrating innovations to improve processes.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report directly to the Director of Production and collaborate with:

  • Studio leadership teams, including Creative, Post Production, Styling, Operations, and Business Planning.
  • Internal cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Merchandising, and Technology.
  • External vendors and production partners, ensuring Nike’s standards are met in every collaboration.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 8+ years of experience in production management, with a strong focus on product photography, live streaming, or other content formats produced at speed and scale.
  • Proven expertise in coordinating end-to-end production workflows for premium brands or studios that operate at high speed and scale.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize, delegate, and deliver results on tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working across diverse teams and vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of production equipment, set management, and industry best practices.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges and ambiguity.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in production management, media, or a related field preferred.
