Lead the development and implementation of workflows, tools, and systems to optimize efficiency and consistency in post-production processes.
Oversee retouching, compositing, and color grading, ensuring all assets align with Nike’s brand guidelines and the creative vision set by the Studio Creative team.
Collaborate with Production, Creative, and Operations teams to align on schedules, priorities, and deliverables for all projects.
Maintain and organize the studio’s digital asset library, ensuring files are easily accessible and archived for future use.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in post-production, integrating innovative solutions to enhance studio output.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report directly to the Director of Studio Post Production and work closely with:
Studio leadership teams across Creative, Styling, Production, Operations, and Business Planning.
Internal cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Marketplace, and Merchandising.
External vendors and technology partners in the post-production space.
WHAT YOU BRING
8+ years of experience in post-production, with a strong focus on still production photography, retouching, and color grading.
Exceptional technical expertise in photo editing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Capture One).
Proven ability to manage and optimize post-production workflows at scale while maintaining premium quality.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of post-production specialists.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on tight timelines.
Familiarity with digital asset management systems and metadata best practices.
Knowledge of current trends and advancements in post-production technology, particularly for still photography.
