KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and implement strategy by identifying key benefits of bringing common CAD, CAE, SPDM tools and HPC infrastructure in the complete product life cycle (design, development, testing, manufacturing and service), develop implementation roadmap, training organization engineers

Lead the development of MBD to reach CODE 4 level by enabling engineers to select appropriate toolsand technologies and validation methodologies

Build solid CAD/CAM/CAE/SPDM technology roadmap, drive convergence, and bring rationalization of tools across organization.

Develop a roadmap to move existing programs and legacy tools and data to the enterprise wide solution/tools.

Drive Implementation of High-performance computations through cloud infrastructure and VDI solutions for all engineering design and simulation needs

Drive Digital thread initiatives connecting various enterprise IT systems and Tools in product lifecycle

Vendor Liaison

Cultivate strong relationships with technology vendors, ensuring timely support and maintenance.

Review and negotiate support contracts to achieve favorable terms and conditions.

Continuous Improvement

Promote a proactive approach to identify system bottlenecks or potential areas of failure.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Electrical or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

A minimum of 15+ years of CAD and CAE experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on projects and transformation.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and change management skills
