YOU MUST HAVE
15+ years of experience in development / implementation, support and maintenance with a track record across breadth of Engineering IT/PLM platforms i.e. Siemens Team center
10+ years of managerial experience, preferably across large corporations either within the companies or as a consultant. Experience across industries such as Aerospace, Transportation, Building Solutions, Industrial Equipment will be a big plus
Education - bachelor’s degree in engineering is essential. A master’s degree in management (MS/MBA or equivalent) will be a plus
Experience in implementation of large PLM deployments and managing diverse global teams
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of external and internal customers
Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
Prior work experience in Engineering, or Manufacturing environment desired
Experience with methodologies of Agile SCRUM Development
Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills
