Process enhancement & Tools
Act as business leader in projects, implementing new processes and tools within the organization. Creating associated program to develop them. Drive adoption and training programs
Continuously improving & optimizing our processes and develop new capabilities
Partnering with the CoE to optimize processes and ensure successful integration of EMEA/Global initiatives
Take the lead on developing our RS digital roadmap.
Capture VOC from both external and internal parties, work together with cluster RS managers on execution
Sales Analytics
Identifying reporting needs, facilitating design of dashboards and supporting rollout and adoption in Remote Sales team. Defining data and the process to capture that data to make business decisions
Working with analyst and FP&A to support key commercial processes like territory and target setting, StratPlan and ad hoc analysis to deep in any identified areas.
Provide insights and data to the RS EMEA team to help decision making and business cases for change
What we are looking for:
At least 5 years in a similar role
Leadership without authority
Working in a highly matricial organization
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
Ability to lead projects
Strong analytical skills
Direct CRM experience, preferably in Sales cloud, and in other relevant tools for Remote Sales organizations.
Excellent understanding of the Commercial function preferably in the Medical Device industry. Previous exposure to a Remote Sales environment would be a plus.
