Your Impact in Role:
  • Develop recommendations and strategies to strengthen the membership lifecycle management, focusing on both short-term optimisations and long-term goals
  • Track and analyse membership data and monthly forecasts, using consumer insights and competitive landscape observations to provide actionable recommendations
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to inform global membership product development and strategy
  • Achieve business goals, including membership acquisition, engagement, and the continual improvement of the membership value proposition
  • Plan, design, and implement monthly membership acquisition and engagement campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the membership strategy and consumer communication objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimise promotions, and communications through experiments or A/B testing, balancing business goals with user experience improvement
  • Support customer support efforts in improving the member experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully launch and operationalise new membership product features
  • Implement initiatives to increase organisational efficiency, reducing time spent on repetitive tasks and using advanced campaign tools to add significant value to the business
The Experience You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in digital, high-traffic B2C marketing, CRM, and/or operational roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in organisation, planning, and project management, with a proven ability to effectively prioritise and implement tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in customer communication, demonstrated by exhibiting a discerning eye for assessing the quality of communication and at the same time possess the proficiency in crafting communication creatives (with design support) and copywriting that are engaging, effective, and aligned with brand and legal guidelines.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing the quality of deliverables, while also bringing innovative ideas to the table.
  • Exceptional presentation and verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse partners.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Google Sheets) and a strong analytical mentality, capable of deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Self-starter mentality with high levels of motivation, capable of working autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Fluent speaker of traditional Mandarin and proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, to facilitate seamless communication across international teams!
