In this role, you will:
- Support the technology team in providing solutions to the internal partners and external customers for moderately complex technical concerns in their respective functional area
 - Be responsible for recording inquiries, as well as repair and service requests
 - Track service request status and follow up with the client to ensure client satisfaction
 - Perform moderately complex operational and customer support tasks related to technological issues
 - Receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced individuals
 - Interact with immediate team and Technology Business Services functional area on information related to routine tasks and client inquiries
 - Interact with internal and external customers regarding any technical issues in their processes and resolution provided
 
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
 
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of check operations experience.
 - 1+ years of experience escalating system related issues.
 - Experience with Microsoft Office
 - Experience with any of the following applications: Enterprise Cash Letter System [ECLS]; Virtual MICR Image Cash Letter [VMIC]; Non-MICR electronic Item Processing [NMIC]; Data Distributor [DE] and Exchange Checkimage (EC) applications
 - Experience working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
 - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
 - Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with individuals at all levels.
 - Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
 - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
 - Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems.
 
Job Expectations:
- Training: 3-6 weeks
 - Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 pm MST/CST (12 am) – 6:30 am MST/CST (8:30 am); requiresthe flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs
 - Overtime is based on business need and volume of the department, could be required
 - Eligible for a 15% shift differentialas outlined by the Wells Fargo salary guidelines based on the shift.
 - Flexibility is needed to work additional hours before or after regular work schedule and occasional holidays.

Pay Range
$18.46 - $30.48
