- Experience designing leadership development or adult learning journeys that go beyond skills—toward mindset and identity shift.
- Solid grounding in behavioral science, adult learning, and human-centric leadership models.
- The ability to collaborate deeply—with humility, curiosity, and creative edge.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Comfort working across diverse teams in the Europe Central region.
