• Help the team to monitor Battery Storage sites
• Assist the team to provide remote support to customers
• Learn how to troubleshoot complex issues
• Assist senior team members with remotely update networking devices
• Support with commission new Battery Storage sites
• Help maintain and update the customer content and equipment databases
• Develop a deep understanding of the battery storage systems
• Support continuous improvement of data processing techniques and asset management analytics

• Must be currently enrolled in academic studies in electrical engineering (renewable energy and power system background desirable but not a requirement)
• Level C1 in English (written and spoken)
• Passionate about computer science and coding
• Knowledge of battery systems, power conversion, and electricity grid systems
• An ability to prioritize and execute many tasks in parallel
• An excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce clear and concise written documents
• Familiarity with Python and SQL is desirable but not a requirement
• Knowledge of communication systems and protocols such as TCP/IP is desirable but not a requirement
• Familiarity with Linux based machines is desirable but not a requirement
• Relevant work experience in the field of the Energy business technical advisory is desirable but not a requirement
