  • You will collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs from a management and strategy perspective
  • You will ensure the creation and execution of training and budget plans, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies
  • You will ensure sales and strategy coaching for individual sales teams in alignment with Zone leadership
  • You will adapt global training programs to local needs across different countries and maintain training records as well as measure training effectiveness using KPIs
  • You will analyze and report on educational program milestones and stay updated on best practices
  • You will coordinate with all Zone Functions like e.g. Marketing, Customer Services, Sales Operations, etc. and the Global Sales Education Function on training deliverables
  • You will coach our Sales Managers to enable our Sales Representatives ("Train-the-trainer")
  • You will support the wider EMEA and/or global Sales Education team if needed

  • You have a university degree in the field of Business Management or Healthcare
  • You have many years of working experience within the healthcare industry including several years of experience as a Sales Skills Trainer and Sales Management Coach
  • Additionally, you have several years of sales or sales management coaching experience. i.e., NLP Coaching
  • You possess certifications in Sales Training in any of the following: Strategic Selling (Miller Heiman - Korn Ferry), Negotiation to Yes, SPIN Selling, COF Value-Based Selling Solutions or Challenger Selling

  • You are fluent in English and German and have excellent presentation and communication skills in both languages
  • You are able to work independently with passion and self-motivation, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a matrix organization as a team player
  • You have strong coordination and project management skills
  • You exhibit good business acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and are motivational, proactive, and initiative-driven
  • You are willing to travel internationally (around 50%)
