Coordinate personnel changes in collaboration with HR operations team
Navigate new hire orientations.
Support with HR communication
Participate in ad hoc HR projects (e.i. global HR projects, trainings, workshops)
HR operations :
Monitor the circulation of employees' documentation and data completeness.
Support the preparation of HR reports and accruals
Contribute to the maintenance of HR information systems (SAP)
Talent acquisition:
Assist in pre-screening job applicants to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
Assist in sourcing strong profiles (via LinkedIn)
Arrange job interviews
Support in Employer branding activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Advanced MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in MS Office
Fluent English (verbal and written).

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Students in their final year of a university degree program majoring in Human Resources or relevant with a minimum of (Minimum GPA: 2.75/4.0 or 3.25/5.0)
