Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Partnering :
    • Coordinate personnel changes in collaboration with HR operations team
    • Navigate new hire orientations.
    • Support with HR communication
    • Participate in ad hoc HR projects (e.i. global HR projects, trainings, workshops)
  • HR operations :
    • Monitor the circulation of employees' documentation and data completeness.
    • Support the preparation of HR reports and accruals
    • Contribute to the maintenance of HR information systems (SAP)
  • Talent acquisition:
    • Assist in pre-screening job applicants to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
    • Assist in sourcing strong profiles (via LinkedIn)
    • Arrange job interviews
    • Support in Employer branding activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Effective communication skills & Strong organizational skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Students in their final year of a university degree program majoring in Human Resources or relevant with a minimum of (Minimum GPA: 2.75/4.0 or 3.25/5.0)
