Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Support the accounting & finance team in performing a solid book-keeping to maintain compliance internally (Group policies and guidelines) and externally (local audit/tax requirements) by establishing strong controls and processes with a focus on Trade Accounts Payable and Non-Trade Purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support accounting and finance team in administering accounting system maintenance, meet the set timelines for the month end closing process.
- Support in reviewing and following up for all outstanding accounts payable transactions.
- Support in ensuring proper submission of financial reports to the external auditors.
- Maintain accuracy on all booking and reporting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Commercial acumen: Very good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Advanced MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in MS Office.

- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong organizational skills
Eligibility and Requirements:
- Students in their final year of a university degree program majoring in accounting or/and finance (Minimum GPA: 2.75/4.0 or 3.25/5.0)
