Technical Support Engineer
provide technical support remotelyand on siteto FSO personnel forhighly complexequipment malfunction, on wafer, and performance enhancement programswhere first-line product support was unable to isolate or fix a problemUsing advanced troubleshooting methodologies, theysuccess criteria, develop comprehensive action plans,and compile findings, perform root cause analysissupport FSO repair activities through escalation closure.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical field
- Language: English (written and verbal)
- Years of experience: 5 years of experience supporting Applied Materials FEP products
- Work experience: minimum 10 years of semiconductor fab experience

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and effectively manage difficult problems
- Familiar with suite of Microsoft Apps, and internal ones such as SAP, VSPI, and ARK
