As ayou will build and retain a high performing team of talented Product and Program Managers in delivering a scalable software platform for players and developers. In this capacity, you will need to collaborate well with both business stakeholders and the engineering teams.


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development preferably with consumer facing product and/or large scale development.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years people management experience.
  • 5+ years experience working with operating systems, platforms, and integration across platform and devices/experiences.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development preferably with consumer facing product and/or large scale development.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years people management experience.
  • Experience working on at least 2 full product lifecycles of gaming focused products, or equivalent (e.g. Games, XBOX, Playstation, Steam, etc.) OR other consumer facing product.
  • Experience working with consumer products, gaming or the entertainment business.
  • Experience working in situations with high levels of ambiguity.
  • Experience working on complex problems while retaining focus on maintaining a profitable business.
  • Technical knowledge & understanding of operating systems, platforms, and integration across platform and devices/experiences.

  • Lead teams in defining, organizing, and driving our overall strategy for current and future gaming products, platforms, and experiences.
  • Provide expertise to enable your team to partner cross-functionally to ensure the platform aligns with overall product strategy and user needs.
  • Provide insights to help teams make and communicate technical and experiential design tradeoffs to lay out a path for achieving our vision.
  • Balance in-market product health and performance with the development of long-term product vision and roadmap.
