Degree in Engineering 12+ years of multidisciplinary programs (Application and Embedded Software) experience. 4 or more years of demonstrated technical leadership experience in coordinating and overseeing entry, experience level professionals.

Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering

years of Engineering experience in IoT software testing and Cloud application testing of various Smart metering related products as Test architect

Should be well grounded in engineering concepts with a capability of connecting theoretical aspects with actual products and engineering process/methodologies.

Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud computing, and microservices architecture

Working experience on cloud native, on-premises and hybrid cloud deployed products.

Can quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts.

Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.

Gets involved in Requirement reviews to ensure completeness of Deployment scenarios, use cases & Testability aspects of Functional & Non-Functional requirements using his/her Domain, Product, Functional and performance Test knowledge.

Contribute towards Test Design for critical modules of the products and supports the Test Engineers in Test Design reviews.

Works with the System Architect to mitigate the architectural risks of the program in early phases & participates in design reviews to identify failure modes.

Develops Test Strategy to validate the Functional, Non-Functional & System level requirements for Smart Meter related application software products.

Identifies
& Simulation requirements early in the life cycle & supports in execution of the same.

Working knowledge in Product V&V process and test management tools like Jira, JAMA, X-ray.

Excellent working knowledge on various protocol testing and security testing.

Knowledge on communication protocols DLMS, IDIS, LORA, G3PLC, WMBUS.

Hands on data analytics platform provided by AWS, Azure or IBM.

Good knowledge of relational database like MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server.

Prior experience on performance & Capacity testing of IOT devices.

Smart Meter & associated applications from Application software & communication networks like RF, GSM, IR, PLC.

Excellent knowledge on AMI and AMR.

Good hands-on experience in multi-layered system.

Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices.

Knowledge of test automation tool like JMeter, Katalon.

Must know Python, Selenium and API Testing
