Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital Technical Specialist aligned to Storage brands, you will perform the following activites:

• You’ll be a collaborative technical expert and trusted advisor working with and across your clients, IBM’s broader sales teams, and Business Partners.
• You’ll understand clients’ business and technical requirements within the current competitive landscape and, combining this with your knowledge of IBM’s product suite.
• You’ll present value-driving solutions that compel clients to invest in us.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 2 – 5 years of related experience
• Team’s Storage Expert: Serving as the storage expert on your team.
• Early Sales Support: Offering technical support in the early sales stages, including demos and workshops.
• Value Emphasis: Emphasizing the value of IBM products.
• Digital Brand Building: Building a trusted personal brand across digital platforms.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience selling storage products
• Experience cold calling clients
