Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Technical Specialist aligned to Storage brands, you will perform the following activites:
- You’ll be a collaborative technical expert and trusted advisor working with and across your clients, IBM’s broader sales teams, and Business Partners.
- You’ll understand clients’ business and technical requirements within the current competitive landscape and, combining this with your knowledge of IBM’s product suite.
- You’ll present value-driving solutions that compel clients to invest in us.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2 – 5 years of related experience
- Team’s Storage Expert: Serving as the storage expert on your team.
- Early Sales Support: Offering technical support in the early sales stages, including demos and workshops.
- Value Emphasis: Emphasizing the value of IBM products.
- Digital Brand Building: Building a trusted personal brand across digital platforms.
