As a Senior Inside Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing great relationships with existing customers across the Nordic region
- Identifying growth opportunities by upselling and cross-selling Akamai's solutions
- Owning the full sales cycle, from proactive outreach to pipeline management and account renewals
- Serving as a trusted advisor, aligning customer needs with Akamai's cutting-edge technology
- Collaborating with Solution Engineers and Product Experts to deliver tailored solutions
- Minimizing churn by showcasing Akamai's ongoing value and impact

- Possess proven consultative sales skills with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and managing existing accounts (B2B, technology, or SaaS)
- Have a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (quota achievement)
- Have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders via phone, email, and social media
- Possess solid problem-solving abilities, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
- Have experience with pipeline management and accurate forecasting
