Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and work with each client to craft a reporting strategy
- Recommend best practice reports for specific client profiles and/or industries
- Create client-requested reports or dashboards
- Effectively manage client expectations and communication
- Occasionally conduct online or in-person training for clients
- We are looking for a tech savvy colleague that enjoys working in a client-facing position.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance and/or IT
- 2+ years in a related customer service role
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. vlookup)
- Experience with BI solutions (IBM Cognos or similar)
- Exceptional English
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Displays passion for & responsibility to the customer
- Consulting skills and the ability to find unique solutions to business challenges
- Team player
At least one of the following required:
- Working knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle…)
- Experience with SAP Concur tool
- Travel industry knowledge
