The position requires outstanding customer service and communication skills, knowledge of audit and system configuration.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Manage and support assigned clients with incoming T&E audit queries.
- Build and maintain client relationships via call, email and face to face.
- Configure clients audit profiles to enable the audit team to audit accurately.
- Provide configuration support for updates identified after the on-boarding has occurred.
- Work with the Implementation Project Manager assigned to timely on-board new clients to the audit service.
- Create Audit dashboards to provide the client with an insight into their audit usage and to highlight exceptions flagged by the Audit team.
- Analyze and identify opportunities to improve the SAP Concur Audit service.
- Supporting management with client escalations.
- Participate and engage in team meetings.
What you bring:
- Fluency in French and English (other languages would be beneficial to the role).
- Experience with Audit functionality.
- Experience in system configuration activities.
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow through on requests.
- Effective knowledge of customer care techniques and processes.
- Exceptional analytical and listening skills.
- Able to adapt and be flexible to high pressure situations.
- Proficient in HMC, Service Work Bench, Salesforce, Ms Office Tools
