About The Role

The chosen candidate will join our Operations Team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.

  • Manage co-CEOs’ calendars, coordinate and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate and support all administrative aspects of the CEOs business travels
  • Organize and maintain email lists, team’s details and relevant databases
  • Organize & support events and offsites
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to CEOs
  • Play a role in ensuring smooth day-to-day flow of communications within the leadership
  • Participate and lead additional projects/activities as needed
  • Working with global stakeholders at the company, facilitating alignment between the different teams and sites
Your Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google equivalent apps
  • Independant with proactive approach
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Organized, with ability to multitask
  • Attention to details and problem solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, service orientation and teamwork approach
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Bachelor degree - an advantage
