What You’ll Do

You will assist in developing both current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") state business processes. Additionally, you will prepare and analyze data to create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Lastly, you will conduct impact analysis for new system enhancements to assess potential effects on existing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Help teams to design, solutions, and build insights and analytics products to be consumed by our Sales & CX Leadership teams.
  • Conducting business process modeling and performing fit-gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and complete a prioritized backlog of data visualization and business intelligence tasks.
  • Work with analysts and engineers to translate business requirements into user stories.
  • Build wireframes for new capabilities, PoC dashboards, and predictive models.
  • Partner closely with data engineering to ensure on-time delivery of data relevant to the roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain internal product documentation. This may include but not limited to data sources and ERDs, logical definition defined in the presentation layer, and visual assets/libraries (including images, styles, colors, etc) with help of data and development teams.
  • Be responsible for data quality including validation, cleansing/scrubbing data in the presentation layer.
  • Validate solution designs in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams by conducting joint design workshops.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with senior leadership on high-visibility and strategic programs. You will also gain exposure to various partner teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, and IT. Operating in a matrixed environment, you will collaborate closely with other business leaders, analysts, data engineers, UI engineers, and process architects.

Who You Are

You are a professional who will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.

Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer, electronics, communication, or related field
  • 10 plus years of experience in technology firms focused on insights, analytics, business analysis, and business strategy
  • Must be well-versed in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, SQL, HANA and CRMA for data analysis, and capable of implementing data queries.
  • Experience working with senior partners in an enterprise environment either as a customer or employee
  • Ability to lead, create, and work within cross-functional team environments
  • Shown leadership capabilities and ability to operate successfully in an agile environment
  • Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and create detailed reports.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling and fit-gap analysis.
  • Experience with solution design validation and conducting design workshops.
  • Ability to develop interactive analytical dashboards for metrics and reporting.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Knowledge of Cisco’s business and data platforms
  • GCP, Snowflake, SAP HANA, SQL, SFDC, Tableau, CRMA knowledge is desired
