What you'll do

With the mentorship of our expert colleagues, you will experience the whole innovation lifecycle - defining clear goals, prioritizing goals, developing innovation ideas, validating through a technical PoC and demonstrating the value creation.

You will learn to define the technological focus of the tasks together with the support from team, upgrade your project management and prioritization skills, and implement project using a programming language of choice (Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript) and frameworks such as CAP, Spring, Golden Path. Furthermore, you will experience an innovation project from the initial idea to validation through PoC and learn to identify and pitch ideas.

The Innovation Team within SAP Landscape Orchestration covers all the aspects from idea generation to supporting the productization of successful solutions from a technology driven nucleus. Starting with building knowledge on emerging technology trends, we encourage the free flow of ideas without constraints. These ideas are then carefully prefiltered and ranked based on their value and risk, ensuring only the most promising concepts move forward. In the Proof-of-Concept phase, we validate technical viability and tackle any challenges, making sure each idea is grounded in real-world needs. Evaluating each solution rigorously, we prepare detailed pitch decks to analyze its feasibility for productization, ensuring alignment with consumer and business requirements. Finally, we transform these validated ideas into tangible products by supporting development teams throughout the process.
