Key job responsibilities
· P&L Owner: Responsible for building goals/targets and managing the Third Party Marketplace business for grocery. Communicate with internal leaderships as well as C-level of our partner merchants.
· Account Strategy: Own the business account management and brand opportunities, build the short-term, long-term strategy, maximizing growth and ensuring revenue/profitability goals are met.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor Degree required
· 6+ years of experience in Buying/Planning or equivalent experience such as Management Consulting, Finance, Merchandising or Operations
· Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
· High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels
· Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
· Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions
· Fluent Japanese, business level English


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience building relationships and driving growth with large partners and e-commerce businesses
· Experience in e-commerce or retail
· Experience with databases, SQL
· Experience in Grocery
· MBA
