Your key responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Reporting: provide comprehensive data analysis, forecasts, and insights related to HR/Talent and Reward Data. Collect, cleanse, and integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and coherence. Generate ad hoc reports and respond to data queries from stakeholders.
- Internal and external benchmarking studies: support benchmarking analysis through diligent job matching, data collection and integration.
- Compensation Planning: Assist in the annual compensation review process with data preparation, reporting and process oversight and management.
- Collaboration and Teaming: collaborate seamlessly with Talent, Finance, and Payroll teams, as well as offshore data experts.
- Projects: Participate in and contribute to Reward project initiatives
To qualify for the role you must have
- University Degree or equivalent higher education in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis or data handling role.
- Proficiency in statistical methods and data visualization tools to effectively present findings.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and comfort in presenting data analysis results.
- Previous experience in Talent/HR is highly desirable and an advantage.
- Proficient in Office Suite, in particular Excel; familiarity with SuccessFactors (SF), PowerBI and/or Payroll systems is a plus.
