Your key responsibilities


For this role, it is expected that you will:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, translating complex requirements into actionable strategies and robust functional specifications.
  • Analyze and refine business processes, dataflows & systems, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Process, transform, manipulate and interpret data to further refine understanding and support business analysis and design.
  • Design new processes, systems, reporting frameworks and ultimately transformative solutions.
  • Engage stakeholders through compelling presentations and discussions, fostering a collaborative environment for idea exchange and consensus building.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across all project deliverables.
  • Keep up to date with the latest banking trends and developments.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, finance and banking, economics, or data science. An MBA or relevant Master's degree is desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Greek and English
  • Willingness to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills
  • Travelling availability and potential work on projects abroad

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience working with clients in the financial services/banking sector, providing you with a keen understanding of the industry's nuances
  • An understanding of banking regulation, supervision concepts, and methods, ensuring compliance and strategic foresight
  • Good business analysis skills
  • Experience on Program and Project Management supported with relevant qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence technologies such as SQL and PowerBI
