Job Area:

To achieve these goals, you will collaborate extensively with stakeholders across various levels and spearhead cross-functional activities involving Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Product Management, and Engagement groups, as well as external agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead content planning, design, and development of instructional materials in the PC and mobile space, for both commercial and consumer spaces.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, external partners and stakeholders to identify training needs, develop innovative educational solutions, and produce training content with effective sales narratives for targeted customer personas and sales journeys.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, agencies and cross-functional collaborative partnerships.

  • Drive training strategy through different modalities and content being created for internal and external stakeholders

This is an office based position located in San Diego, CA.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing or business

  • Professional qualifications in marketing or business that can be considered equivalent

  • 8+ years in the following areas

  • Marketing communications or related specialism

  • Expertise in marketing and sales training content development and strategy

  • Demonstrated ability to optimize sale training for better sales results

  • Ability to drive content creation projects on time and on budget

  • Ability to effectively manage workstreams with external agency resources

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Open and motivated to work in a new and evolving practice, taking ownership of key initiatives

  • Experience of the PC industry

  • Specific experience with instructional design, including variety of training content modalities

  • Experience with enterprise leading educational and sales enablement technology, including Articulate, Adobe Learning Manager (Captivate Prime) and/or other SCORM editing software

  • Experience at a semiconductor company or embedded device manufacturers

Pay range:

$125,000.00 - $187,000.00
