Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in process, policy, or program design for service organizations, leading business transformation initiatives.
5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
5 years of experience in Global Mobility or Global Talent Mobility.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, managing large scale transformation projects, and developing and executing an immigration or mobility service vision.
Experience in client management and working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Deep domain expertise in APAC immigration and global mobility concepts.
Exceptional teamwork, communication, and leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and ability to formulate data-driven proposals, with a strong bias to action.
