Project Management & coordination to ensure smooth handover to RUN Team
Spearhead end to end transition from build to run phase for multiple global customers.
Front-end the team for all activities right from initializing the set-up till start of operations.
Global Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with internal stakeholders of SAP viz. Infrastructure teams & Customer Teams
Collaborate with global customers to deliver the services to their satisfaction.
Highlight the risks promptly and work on the mitigation plans along with the impacted stakeholders.
Customer Champion:
Understand customer business, service management, service escalation management processes and associated challenges & suggest continuous improvement (CI) solutions and innovation.
Focus on Customer Satisfaction with delivery improvements & identify optimization potential from a perspective of building proficiency on customer accounts.
Leading customer workshops for positioning SAP Services.
What you bring
Work Experience:
3+ Years of industry experience, IT Experience preferred
Experience in positioning the Services Package to a global business
Experience related to Project Operations/ Management is a plus
Worked for Global Customers across different industries in a Customer Facing Role
Well versed in terms of service management, service processes & leading end to end transition
Academic Qualification & Skill Competencies
BE/B.Tech /B.Sc. (Comp)/M.Sc. (Comp) degree from a well reputed institute
Master’s Degree from reputed Institute is must
Proficient understanding of SAP technologies and applications
Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment
Multi-tasking ability, passionate individual, ability to stretch long hours. Clear thinker, initiative driven individual
Excellent communication skills and high degree of adaptability, flexibility and willingness to learn and explore new things
