Job Duties:Define, design, and implement highly scalable, resilient and performant distributed systems, including designing and implementing database schemas and addressing concurrency problems in the database design. Collaborate with architects, product management, engineering, QE and Operations teams to develop innovative solutions adherence to development goals and principles, including providing input on database design and optimization. Produce clear, well-documented design docs, and participate in design and code reviews for both software and database components, including reviewing and providing feedback on database schema designs and queries. Strictly follow Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining over 80%-unit test coverage and other release criteria standards, including testing of database functionality and performance. Develop technical & domain expertise and apply to solving product challenges, including database-related challenges such as scalability, performance optimization, and concurrency issues. Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across multiple databases and systems by designing and implementing database schemas that meet product requirements and performance goals.

Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
