In this role, you will:
- Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with the Strategy and Execution area
- Implement strategic plans and makes changes to the plan as necessary
- Perform complex administrative transactional and operational and customer support tasks
- Ensure that projects operate with maximum efficiency
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
- Provide leadership to the team for the purpose of attaining a common goal
- Interact with immediate team and external business partners on wide range of information
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate Strategy and Execution team
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in a structured environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and partnership skills with line of business partners, senior leadership, support team colleagues, and team members
- Drafts and/or updates moderately complex business procedures.
- Partners with Process Owners, LOB subject matter experts, and project teams to understand business needs as it relates to procedures.
- Obtains appropriate approvals from Process Owners and governance teams (Front Line Control, Legal).
- Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies.
- Communicates and tracks progress in online tools such as SharePoint and JIRA.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Administrative Support or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- degree in Business or related discipline.
- Experienceof 6+ years in US Mortgage / Banking
- Strongverbal and written communication skills.
- Need to be flexible for rotational / Night Shifts.
