Drive successful New Product Introductions (NPIs) in the US&C region – including developing regional launch plan and launch materials; training and communication plan for both internal and external stakeholders; assisting with pipeline build; promotions; managing End of Life (EOL) action
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and market trends, and be an advocate for the US&C region, by proposing what new products and technologies are needed to support our customers now and in the future
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities to drive new pipeline revenue, organic growth and pricing actions
Develop compelling messaging and positioning for our PSS solutions (new and sustaining)
Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and adoption
Provide customer marketing with appropriate information on offering, target segments and value propositions for effective sales collateral and campaigns
Responsible for managing the regional demo unit process and budget
YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience in product marketing or related role
Strong data, analytical, and strategic thinking skills

Bachelor's degree
Product marketing in an industrial computing or B2B environment
Tradeshow experience for product positioning
