Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in telecommunications, particularly at carrier class scale, and experience with large optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer2/3 routers and data services.
- Experience in a data center or PoP environment. Experience with OSP, ISP, AC/DC power systems, environmental controls relay and rack/cabinet/cage construction.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing and/or directing field operation technicians, engineers, contractors and/or vendors in a telco working environment.
- Experience managing third-parties to successfully execute against objectives.
- Experience collaborating across multiple levels and functions, and passionate to engage/influence tactical and strategic decision-making.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required.
