Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in risk management, audit or compliance programs in large organizations with a large contingent workforce.
Experience with operational risk management and third-party governance, risk, and compliance, and conducting due diligence, risk assessments, and implementing controls.
Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple project assignments in a fluid environment, accepting ownership and accountability of the process and delivering on commitments.
