Brief Description

Responsible and accountable to plan, implement, and oversee the approved FPP program for key therapeutic areas and products current and potential product pipeline; in line with Global Standard & policy guideline stipulated by Local Review Board (LRB). This role act as internal control to monitor the patient program implementation align with compliance.

Project Management

  • Develop end-to-end process implementation of the Program to ensure alignment with the approved PAP business proposal.

  • Lead the program launch & communication cross functional to make sure successful launching in timely manner; ensure common understanding of the program, including create tools and materials for effective communications with target audiences/ readers, e.g., specific groups of HCP, patients & caretakers, and general public, etc.

Strategy Execution & Implementation

  • Initiate, implement, execute, and oversee patient program according to the standard and requirements stipulated by the LRB internal & external.

  • Monitor and report on changes in the legislative environment as well as changes in the access status of products included in the whole therapeutic area.

  • Ensure that any proposed modifications are reviewed, approved, and documented. Record keeping of PAP materials and documents related to the Program process implementation.

Patient Program Administration

Manage PAP execution and its operational activities in the daily basis (end-to-end process).

Research & Data

  • Provide scientific expertise and negotiation strategies for new and established products.

  • Effectively identify data gaps and drive relevant research activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external institutions/organizations.

  • Incorporate research and customer insights appropriately into product and therapeutic area access strategies.

  • Analyze market access trends/health policy changes and anticipate access barriers and challenges.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • University educated to a high level (bachelor’s degree is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred Business Management, MBA, Finance, Industrial Engineering

  • 3-5 years’ experiences of the pharmaceutical sector

  • Experience of working in managing project & internal auditor, supply management, preferably understand the patient program management or operation.

  • Strong Organizational and Project Management preferably experience in Internal Control/Audit. Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices

  • Evidence of strategic and analytical thought

  • Proven ability to establish strong influential relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.

  • Ability to Lead without authority, entrepreneurial skills and having effective Interpersonal skill, particularly in working productively under pressure with team cross market & level.

  • Fluent English language skill; Ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decision

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
