Back-end packaging or front-end fab process hand-on industrial experience for >10 years
Patterning/ Litho experience a big plus.
Technical knowledge in the physics and the operation principles in semiconductor equipment related to exposure, metrology and inspection.
Independent in customer communication, problem solving, product messaging in value differentiation, use case development, and competitive scorecards.
Collaborative teamwork. Experience working in cross-functional matrix organization.
Analyzes market data to identifytrends/opportunities,develops strategic direction from market information, and creates compelling market analysis presentations.
Partners with management team and other marketing functions (e.g. product marketing, product management, MarCom) to ensure that overall marketing function is effectively meeting the organization’s strategic goals.
Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definitions, requirements analysis, and pricing.
Develops business & marketing plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share.
Establishes pricing strategies to build and protect a leadership position in market share while enhancing profit margins and developing marketing tools for successful product introductions.
Partners with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to develop new products and enhance existing product(s) as well as communicate critical market needs and time requirements.
