  • Orchestrating the evolution of SharePoint by steering the introduction and enhancement of its features. Your role will not just be about execution but about reimagining possibilities as you assess, evaluate, and deploy with finesse.
  • Becoming the Sherlock Holmes of technical conundrums, unraveling the most intricate challenges with a blend of analytical prowess and tech-savvy intuition.
  • Taking on the noble mantle of protector, you will be pivotal in fortifying the fortress that is Cisco's M365/SharePoint landscape. Your strategic approach to security and compliance will not just meet the bar; it will set it, ensuring peace of mind through rigorous security audits and alignment to the letter of regulatory frameworks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Certifications in the Microsoft 365 platform as proof of your proficiency.
  • A solid track record with 3+ years' experience in managing an enterprise Microsoft 365 implementation.
  • Expert knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, with a focus on SharePoint and OneDrive for Enterprise.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting, which is essential for automating tasks within the M365 environment.
  • Well-versed in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and PnP programming to enhance our SharePoint capabilities.
  • Skilled in the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Automate, and PowerBI, to streamline our business processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing day-to-day operations with project-based work.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both for internal collaboration and for articulating technical concepts clearly.
  • Resilience and composure when working under pressure or in challenging situations.
  • Knowledgeable about relevant regulations and compliance standards that impact our M365 environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to document processes clearly and create detailed knowledge articles.
  • A proactive approach, with a readiness to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to ongoing learning and self-improvement.
