- Experience as an EA to a single senior executive with proven track record of diary and daily production
- A track record of complex travel and diary arrangements, both domestic and international, and completing expenses.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant in the Entertainment industry a plus
- A proven understanding and experience in producing an exec day and meeting the needs in the moment
- Management of an executive leading a large organization and ability to manage broad team events and communications
- Tailored and clear professional yet personable communication
- Attention to detail vital
- A skill is seeing around corners, thinking ahead and planning for the future, anticipating needs and changes, and reacting accordingly
- A “can-do” attitude - no task is too big or too small.
- Strong multitasker with premier organizational skills and an ability to balance multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously with a strong work ethic and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident, well-informed decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally
- Ability to handle conflict appropriately, and know when to escalate issues and when to apply common sense
- Experience on the Mac platform
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $36.85 and $65.70/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
