Minimum of 7 years working at the Executive administrative level, preferably supporting senior staff members
Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity.

Anticipatory—must be able to plan ahead and identify unforeseen needs

This is a hybrid role based in our Mountain View CA HQ, requiring 2-3 days a week in the office.
