- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related fieldAND 2+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related fieldAND 3+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) technology/process improvement experience.
- Experience in technical program management with focus on marketing technology
- Experience running end to end program/project management of product launches.
- Demonstrated ability to organize team processes and workflow to guarantee delivery of stakeholder requirements and proven track record of prioritizing and delivering projects in an ambiguous and changing environment.
- Understanding of industry-standard or purpose-built content management and e-commerce environments across global production centers.
- Ability to use data and insights to create actionable process improvements and partner with others to creatively solve challenging business/technology problems
- Proven success in managing large-scale cross-functional launches with a high degree of executive maturity, impact and influence and experience in developing and managing workflow automations.
