- Seasoned professional with deep expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), particularly in cloud-native and consumption-based deployment models, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Skilled in analyzing diverse and complex data-driven challenges, with strong judgment in selecting innovative methods for optimal solutions.
- Continuously expands domain expertise by collaborating across cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success.
- Proven technical consulting background with strong knowledge of Informatica solutions and cloud/IPU-based consumption models.
- Demonstrated success partnering with large enterprise customers on cloud adoption, data platform consumption growth, and software deployment projects, with a solid understanding of enterprise application ecosystems.
- Rapidly explores and comprehends complex business and technical problems, aligning technical solutions to customers’ strategic goals and consumption objectives.
- Adept at navigating complex organizational structures to influence stakeholders and promote adoption and renewal.
- Communicates effectively with both technical and executive-level audiences, delivering value-driven presentations and fostering strong customer relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead or drive smaller, focused deployments of Informatica technology, working directly with customers to address specific business challenges and use cases.
- Serve as a vital member of larger, complex deployment teams, contributing specialized technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery and cloud adoption.
- Support efforts to align technical solutions with customer goals, promoting consumption growth and long-term engagement success.
- Act as a trusted technical resource in engagements, collaborating closely with customers and internal stakeholders to foster adoption, consumption, and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to build team capabilities and improve delivery quality.
- Provide technical leadership within assigned scope, escalating issues and collaborating with technical leads or architects as needed.
- Work collaboratively with sales, customer success, and product teams to identify and support opportunities for increased consumption, renewals, and value delivery.
- May be required to travel to customer sites based on engagement and customer needs.
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
