Qualifications
  • Experience negotiating deals as an account manager or in a salesor procurement role
  • Regularinteractionwithexecutive level decision-makers
  • Experience working within enterprise scale organisations
  • FluencyGermanand English, and able to use both in a professional environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance (or equivalent) OR equivalent work experience


Responsibilities
  • ingsales goals and execution metrics that ensure on-time and quality customer deals.
  • Buildingenduringrelationships with sales teams and customers, providing advice, consultation, and guidance in complex commercial scenarios, providing strategic direction to all stakeholders.
  • Managingsales and management teams through sales process optimizing for the right level of investment and customisation.
  • Designingand agreeingon the best commercial Volume Licensing deals through the definition and negotiation of commercial terms, whilst meeting customer needs.
  • Definingand negotiatingcomplex commercial terms,guidingthe negotiation strategy by engaging with both external and internal stakeholders. Act as the primary negotiator to achieve successful deals with customers.
  • Acting asthe escalation point for discount deals or adjustments to customer contract terms and conditions.
  • Managingany discounting or changes to Volume Licensing customer contractual terms.
  • Collaborating
