Shift Hours:6:00am - 2:30pm

Hourly Rate: $27.35 - $30.17

As our Inventory Coordinator, you’ll optimize warehouse storage, streamline material flow, and implement lean processes. Working with suppliers, production, and procurement teams, you’ll ensure efficient inventory management, oversee labeling and kanban systems, and use SAP to drive continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience analyzing inventory levels, identifying stock issues, and optimizing inventory to reduce waste through data analysis and process improvements.
  • 1+ years of experience working with SAP to manage material flow.
  • Experience working with Kanban systems to manage material flow.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally when handling parts or sub-assemblies.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Proficient with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Technical training in area of responsibility
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Optimize Warehouse Storage: Determine material storage locations, balancing static vs. dynamic locations, and maintain proper labeling and bin accuracy in SAP.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to establish standard pack quantities and dimensions for efficient storage and space utilization.
  • Warehouse Layout & Audits: Adjust layout based on new product introductions or volume changes and conduct audits to ensure optimal storage and efficiency in pick-to-order processes.
  • Material Flow & Labeling: Oversee warehouse labeling, kanban processes, and ensure designated homes for materials delivered to manufacturing lines.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with production, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure part availability and provide training as needed.
  • Lean Process Implementation: Apply lean principles to streamline material flow, reduce lead times, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
