Your key responsibilities
- Lead the migration of brand profiles to Hootsuite, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Work with onshore teams to review brand profiles and support with account closures
- Handle password management and security protocols for all social media accounts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media tools and technologies
- Support with user onboarding, including assigning permission levels and tracking training completion
- In cooperation with onshore teams and the vendor, set up EY’s workspace in Hootsuite
- Support with management of approval workflows for EY organization’s social media management tools
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders
- Understand, support, implement, and adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including verbal and branding guidelines
- Be proactive in foreseeing potential challenges and proposing solutions
- Provide training and support to team members on social media best practices
Skills and attributes for success
- A bachelor's degree
- 5-6 years of experience in social media management
- Experience in using Hootsuite, Sprinklr for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.
- Proficient with social media platforms and employee advocacy tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Haiilo)
- Strong understanding of social media best practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges related to account management
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Up-to-date understanding of how social media networks work (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
- Understanding of measurement and analytics of social media
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience in coordination, stakeholder management and project management
- A motivational team player, adaptable during peak periods
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Social media and digital marketing experience
- Experience in working within a B2B brand is a plus
- Ability to work as part of an agile team, demonstrating independence and flexibility during peak times
- Ability to think critically, analyze information, and make actionable recommendations
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills
- Commitment to continuous learning
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Track record in channel management for Hootsuite, Sprinklr
- Exceptional US English writing skills
- Prior experience in B2B Brand & Marketing
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics
- Experience in account management and customer service
