In this role, you will:
Strategy & Planning : Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop campaign targeting strategies and measurement plans.
Measurement & Execution : Execute measurement agenda in partnership with marketing execution and media agency teams, ensuring measurement plans are accurately executed and results are shared in timely manner.
Performance Analysis & Optimization : Execute data analysis from various sources, such as ad platforms, website analytics, social media channels, and third-party data providers. Establish benchmarks, measure performance, synthesize results with meaningful narratives that provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Reporting : Develop comprehensive reports/dashboards and present findings to leadership as well as key stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience applying various statistical techniques to analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and inform decision-making (e.g., regression, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, time series analysis, market mix modeling and clustering
Experience using experimental design for A/B testing (e.g., randomization, significance testing, and control/exposed analysis)
Experience setting-up frameworks to assess P&L impact of new/existing strategies
Experience using Python and leveraging libraries such as pandas, NumPy, statsmodels, and SciPy
Experience creating data visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, or Python to present insights
Experience developing upper and lower funnel Paid Media performance measurement capabilities
