Your key responsibilities
Execution of client projects and assistance to Engagement Manager/ Director in project execution onsite/ offsite, ensuring timely completion and implementation for end-to-end project delivery and management according to the defined plan in a cost-effective manner, including but not limited to:
I. Project Delivery
- Manage small to mid-size projects at client sites and oversee project teams.
- Conduct relevant client meetings during the project, either individually or jointly with the engagement manager.
- Research and prepare data packs for presentations/workshop documents.
- Assist in the preparation of various on-demand reports and analyses for effective planning and decision-making.
- Set up a common documentation standard for the project.
- Study to gain knowledge/insights of given industry fundamentals while working on different projects.
- To identify opportunities to improve efficiency of project delivery
- Should have experience in developing project plans in Microsoft Project, advanced level of composing decks using Power Point, proficient in Excel, Word etc
- Should be able to manage project finances and maintain project margins.
- Respond to client requests promptly and maintain appropriate working relationships with clients.
- Interact and maintain relationships with client project coordinators and other relevant client personnel.
III. Practice Development
- Assist in developing industry sector presentations.
- Assist in making proposals and approach notes.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited universities with average grade and above (usually 70% and above).
- Total 3-5 years of working experience with relevant organizations with roles & responsibilities which match our job description and requirement above.
- Knowledge of overall Banking (covering all key components such as Core Banking, LOS, TF, etc. with basic understanding) and other peripheral systems in a bank. Understand the purpose and flow of information among the systems interaction.
- Knowledge with working experience exposure to various technology consulting areas like Digital Transformation activities in at least 02 banking domains.
- Intermediate level of understanding about emerging technologies such as Cloud, IoTs, RPA, etc.
- Systematic view on the adoption of technologies into a given context (application, process, operating model, etc.) on banking industry.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Inclusion of 1-2 years in management consulting, offering similar consulting services.
- Experience of working with state owned enterprises / basic knowledge of local bidding law with vendor selection and management etc.
- Knowledge of Life or Non-life insurance and understanding of application landscape in an insurance company.
- Understanding of Payments, Data, CRM, or Fintech ecosystems.
