Job Summary:

As a Fund Documentation Specialist in JPM Mansart Management, you will be a key player in supporting the structuring team to ensure the relevant documentation and information is available to investors and/or distributors. You will contribute to developing new funds, as well as assisting in the ongoing management and maintenance of the existing range of funds. This role requires a self-starter and self-motivated team member with knowledge of mutual funds and relevant regulation. You will join an existing team and work on building and enhancing the current framework to adapt to continuous evolution and new product launch. This is a role that requires the team member to demonstrate a range of skills from being able to work at a fast pace, willing to take ownership of processes, and effective communication to analytical problem solving and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the Structuring team during the launch of new funds
  • Answering due diligence questionnaires
  • Assisting in the creation of new marketing material
  • Setting up and overseeing product information on company website and external databases etc. across jurisdictions
  • Ensuring availability and accuracy of fund documentation (prospectus, PRIIPs KID, UCITS KIID, EMT, EPT, EET)
  • Assist with passporting of funds in jurisdictions of distribution and coordinate tax reporting where relevant.
  • Maintaining and ensuring completeness of the above information during the life of the funds.
  • Providing full support for reporting, product review, audits, semi-annual and annual reports across multiple funds and fund platforms in different jurisdictions.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market and industry trends and regulation and assessing their impact on the existing product range.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to details, with the ability to organise priorities and pick up new information quickly.
  • Interpersonal skills including the ability to manage multiple projects, navigate cross functional teams and takes ownership to see things through.
  • Prior roles in operations or fund lifecycle management.
  • Broad understanding of portfolio management and UCITs and AIFMD regulatory requirements.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
