Your impact

In this role, your key contributions include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. In this role you are the face of Jacobs for clients and external partners responsible for representing our company and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Managing all technical aspects of Project Design including:
    • Managing the project delivery phases including concept, feasibility, preliminary engineering, and detail engineering and design for major capital investments.
    • Managing the preparation of project scopes of work, plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Providing overall project management and coordination with internal engineering and client teams.
  • Coordinating with clients, staff, other agency officials, local governments, and architects/engineers etc. to develop and deliver the project deliverables required to meet clients project phase requirements.
Here's what you'll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years demonstrated professional experience as an Engineer/Project Engineer/Project Manager in executing projects related to Pulp & Paper, Specialty Chemical, Consumer Products, Metals, Electric Vehicles, Datacenters, and/or other industrial facilities.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing client relationships.
  • As needed on occasion, you will travel to our client sites, so flexibility will be key to success in this role.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • At least 8 years of demonstrated professional experience as an Engineer/Project Manager in executing projects related to Pulp & Paper, Specialty Chemical, Consumer Products, Metals, Electric Vehicles, Datacenters, and/or other industrial facilities.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • Fluency in Chinese and/or Korean
